How do I book a lesson package?
To reserve your spot on the schedule, we can take payment over the phone at 541-490-6872 (packages are paid in full at time of booking).
How much time do I need to complete a lesson package?
The time required to complete a lesson package varies according to individual needs and the wind conditions during your trip. A package is typically completed in 4-6 lessons of 2 hours each, over several days or a week.
We are happy to create a lesson schedule that works best for you and ensure you make the most out of your trip.
Which package is best for me?
8hr vs 12hr* – An independent level of riding can be achieved with any package in most cases, but we recommend the more cost-effective 12hr package as the fast-track to achieve your goals.
Private vs group – A group package is a fun and cost-effective way for two people to improve skills, but is not ideal for everyone. If you need help deciding, we are happy to advise.
*Unused hours can be saved for later or applied as credit towards gear.
What if I want more lessons after completing my package?
No problem, we will bill any additional lessons at the hourly rate of your original package.
What if I don’t use all of my package hours?
Packages are highly flexible with no expiration date, so you can continue lessons during your next trip or apply them as credit towards any gear at the Prokite shop or in the online store.
Can I cancel a package once I have paid?
Packages are refundable if cancelled at least 10 days prior to the start date. If cancellation is requested within the 10-day window prior to package start date, full credit is issued, and can be applied towards either future lesson reservations or the purchase of gear.
What if I need to re-schedule?
No problem, just let us know your new dates ASAP. No re-scheduling fees apply.
Do unused package hours expire?
No.
